 GREEK BREAKFAST EGG SKILLET WITH SAUTÉED VEGGIES AND FETA

Fixings

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion diced
1 medium red ringer pepper cultivated and diced
12 cups child spinach
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
4 huge eggs cooked to arrange
¼ cup disintegrated feta cheddar

Directions
Heat a huge non-leave skillet over medium-high hotness and shower with olive oil. Sauté onions and peppers until delicate, around 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano and salt and pepper to taste

Mix in spinach and cook until withered, around 1-2 minutes. Split sautéed veggies between four plates and top each plate with an egg cooked to arrange. 

Sprinkle each plate with a tablespoon of feta prior to serving. Cool.
